A Two-Track Service Model
Alpha 1 Labs operates on a two-track model. Clinical consultations and prescription fulfillment reach patients across the United States. In-person blood collection happens at our Dakota County, Minnesota locations.
Track 1: Nationwide Telehealth
Virtual consultations, clinical evaluation, and direct-to-door medication delivery — available in all 50 states.
Track 2: In-Person Diagnostics
Blood biomarker collection at our Dakota County, Minnesota locations, with CLIA-certified laboratory testing.
Nationwide Telehealth & Direct-to-Door Delivery
Telehealth consultations are available to patients in all 50 states, conducted by qualified medical professionals licensed in the state where you are located.
If a provider determines treatment is clinically appropriate, your patient-specific prescription is issued to a licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to your home address in temperature-monitored, cold-chain packaging. Any prescriptions for GLP medication, Peptides or Hormone Therapy medication should arrive to your home in just a few days.
We do not offer in-clinic medication pickup anywhere, in any state. Every prescription ships from the pharmacy to the patient.

In-Person Diagnostics in Dakota County, Minnesota
Blood biomarker collection is the one service that happens in person. We offer in-gym and in-clinic collection at our Dakota County locations, with testing performed by CLIA-certified laboratory partners and results in 24–48 hours.

If you are outside Minnesota, your provider can work from lab results you obtain locally. In-person collection at an Alpha 1 Labs site is not required to begin treatment.

Telehealth services are provided subject to applicable federal and state telehealth requirements, including the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act and applicable state medical board regulations governing the establishment of a valid prescriber-patient relationship. Prescribing providers evaluate each patient in accordance with the telehealth statutes of the patient's state of residence.
Where applicable, providers may operate under interstate medical licensure compacts (such as the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) authorizing telehealth practice across participating states. All prescriptions are issued only after a clinical evaluation establishes that treatment is appropriate for the patient.
Minnesota-Specific Compliance
Alpha 1 Labs, LLC is a Minnesota-based entity (15115 Dove Trail, Apple Valley, MN 55124). Services provided to patients located in Minnesota comply with Minnesota Statute § 147.092 (Telehealth Services) and Minnesota Board of Medical Practice statutes. Prescribers evaluating Minnesota residents hold active Minnesota medical licenses or appropriate interstate telehealth compact authorizations.
